Event Report: “You’re Skilled. But Can You Show It?”

MarkHub24 successfully conducted the masterclass “You’re Skilled. But Can You Show It?” on 30th August 2026, bringing together students and young learners for an engaging and insightful learning experience focused on communication, confidence, and professional presence. Organised in collaboration with CCHRD and ARKA JAIN University, the session witnessed an overwhelming response and concluded as a 100/100 housefull session.

In today's competitive academic and professional environment, possessing knowledge and technical skills alone is often not enough. The ability to communicate ideas effectively, express oneself with confidence, build meaningful connections, and create a positive professional impression plays an equally important role in personal and career growth. The masterclass was designed around this very idea—helping participants understand that while skills create opportunities, the ability to present and communicate those skills can determine the impact one creates.

The session was conducted by Ms. Ruchi Dubey, Head of Operations at MarkHub24, who served as the resource person for the masterclass. Through an interactive and participant-focused approach, she encouraged attendees to reflect on how they communicate, participate in groups, approach opportunities, and present themselves in different professional situations.

One of the key themes of the session was effective communication. Participants explored the importance of communicating with clarity rather than simply speaking more.
